Hello Flower Friends,

The time has come for me to tuck in my metaphorical garden!

At the end of the 2026 calendar year I will no longer be offering floral and event services in an official capacity.

My upcoming event bookings will not be affected!

I am fully booked for September and October, however, I may still have some availability in November and December should you have a need, please reach out.

In early September of this year I began a Master’s program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am quickly finding that balancing my full time day job with classes, schoolwork assignments and my business commitments is a difficult ask.  At this time, it’s necessary that I plan to split myself in less ways in order to focus on my education.  I look forward to potentially supporting the people in my community in the future in a different, perhaps more direct, way as a therapist or community mental health worker. 

After ending the farming portion of my business in 2024 and having grieved that change fully, this closure decision is relatively easy.  Taking the leap and diving into farming and floral design in 2020 and later launching my own business has been life affirming and offered more opportunities for growth than I could have ever anticipated. I am incredibly proud of what I have accomplished and I have learned with almost stupefying articulation what I am capable of, and what I ultimately truly need to live a balanced and rich life.  I have found within the discomforts and challenges, so much magic, and I know that growing, sharing and creating with plants will remain a lifelong love and form of healing for me.

My endless gratitude goes out to all those who have supported me in this journey, who helped me prepare flower beds and mow the field, who became a CSA member, purchased my flowers at the farmer’s market or my roadside farm stand or booked me for a wedding, memorial or event.  Your appreciation for my work has kept me going through aching muscles, missed time with loved ones and endless cash flow pressures! Thank you, thank you.

I hope that you will continue to seek out other local growers for your food and floral needs, there are many and they need your support! Local agriculture (in my opinion) is the foundation of a sound and healthy self, family system and community. Nothing could be more worthy of your dollars, and if you can, please get out in the dirt and find yourself changed for the better.
